At Robinhood Telehealth, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of health, wellness, and nutritional products, please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Supplements & Wellness Products
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unopened and in original packaging
- Product must not be damaged or altered
- Proof of purchase is required
Once approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened supplements
- Used wellness products
- Personalized nutrition plans
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- Brief description of the issue
We will work quickly to resolve the problem.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
