Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel subscription or recurring purchase orders at any time before the next billing cycle.
To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled renewal date.
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Customers can manage or cancel their subscription by:
- Logging into their customer account
